Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our fast-growing Young Digital Innovator proposition. Our Young Digital Innovators are talented innovation experts with the innovation knowledge and digital skills needed to provide execution power for corporate innovation teams. We do so for the biggest and most attracting brands such as Unilever, ING, Friesland Campina and Nationale Nederlanden.

 

As Business Development Manager you own and run your own portfolio of Young Digital Innovators. You are responsible for finding them challenging innovation projects at the biggest corporates, for fostering and growing the relationship with your clients and you will be actively looking to find new business opportunities for our fast-growing Young Digital Innovators proposition.


As Business Development Manager you have full freedom to create new ways to attract business, to manage current relationships and use the latest online sales tools to support your sales strategy. Your job is a challenging combination of sales, strategic market analysis and marketing. You will directly help to grow The Talent Institute by attracting new clients, establishing new partnerships, identifying business opportunities and growing sales from existing accounts.

What is the job about?

  • Analyze markets & find new business opportunities
    • Identify new business opportunities and find ways to reach corporate innovation teams
    • Analyze the market and translate these market developments into fresh ideas, interesting projects and commercial opportunities and ensure that they are utilized.
  • Reach out to new prospect
    • Reach out to prospects, understand their innovation- and digital growth-related challenges and help them by creating winning projects for our Young Digital Innovators
  • Foster relationship with clients
    • Account management and maintaining relationships
    • Grow sales from existing accounts
    • Be an expert and consult current clients in growth opportunities
    • Be a strategic partner for your clients in realising their innovation roadmap.
  • Optimize sales processes
    • Increase efficiency in the sales process
    • Find new ways to attract clients (organize events, podcasts, webinars, referrals)
    • Use new online tools to make your life more easy.

Vereisten

What are we looking for?

  • You speak Dutch fluently (must have)
  • You have 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with secondment experience.
  • You live and breath innovation and know what is needed to get concrete results on innovation projects in a corporate context
  • You have experience in online sales tools (pipedrive, sales navigator, hubspot)
  • You’ve finished a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Digital Marketing or something similar
  • You are able to develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and new models to keep existing clients & win new ones.
  • You are available full-time & live in Randstad area
  • You are eager to learn in a fast-paced environment with a young, fun ambitious team.
